Vendor Verification Policy
What sellers must provide, how Mechji verifies them, and what happens if verification fails.
Your application is "under review" until we approve or reject it. You will be notified by email and in the app.
If we reject your application we will tell you why. You can correct the information and submit it again. Rejected sellers cannot purchase paid subscription plans until approved.
Keep your information accurate. We may review your store again at any time, for example after complaints, and may pause or suspend it under the Vendor Agreement.
We use this information to verify you, show your store, contact you, calculate commission and issue invoices. See the Privacy Policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. Each version has a version number and an effective date, and earlier versions stay available for reference.
When a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or on the website before it takes effect and, where required, ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Mechji.
